Spartacus Star Andy Whitfiled Talked To His Kids Before He Died

Andy Whitfield was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in 2009 and passed away last weekend at the age of 39. He left behind his Wife and two kids.

Before he passed away, Andy had a talk with his kids who are four and six.

According to Andy's wife, he told them,

"I am going to go to sleep now as my body won't work anymore. I am like a butterfly with broken wings. I will always be with you and will always be watching over you. I love you."

I could not imagine how hard it was for him to talk to his kids. Maybe they understood what was going on, maybe they didn't. But, they will always have the memory of their father! So sad!
