Seal Still Wearing Wedding Ring Despite Splitting From Heidi

This doesn't happen in Hollywood a lot. After Seal and Heidi Klum announced their split, the two say they don't want this to be an ugly divorce, and I believe them.

Seal is currently promoting his new album, Soul 2,  and discussing their breakup. He was on the set of Ellen DeGeneres this week talking about the split. But one this was very noticeable; Seal is still wearing his wedding ring! Are the two not going through with the divorce?

It seems the ring is a symbol for the love Seal has for Heidi, and yes the pair are still divorcing.

"Yes I am still wearing my ring. But I think it's just pretty much a token of how I feel about this woman. We have eight years, eight wonderful years together. And just because we have decided to separate doesn't necessarily mean you take off your ring and you're no longer connected to that person. We will be connected in many ways 'til the rest of our lives."

Will he wear the ring for the rest of his life? Only time will tell...

"Will we wear the rings for the rest of our lives? Who knows? But right now it feels really comfortable on my hand, so I have no intention of taking it off anytime soon."

The wedding ring is a symbol of so many different things. I say to each their own. If they still love each other, but just drifted apart, who are we to judge and say he must take it off? I still have a right hand ring given to me by a now ex. I will wear it from time to time. That ring has a different meaning now that it did before. Why get rid of a beautiful ring!
