An intruder this morning was arrested at Sandra Bullock's house after he broke into the actress' property while she was home.

NBC Los Angeles reports that the Oscar winning actress was unhurt and that the man was arrested without incident around 6:30 a.m. PT.

The man's name has not been released yet but it was revealed that he was in his late 30s. Investigators are also looking into whether he was a stalker.

A rep for Bullock told PEOPLE that the 'Gravity' actress is "unharmed and is fine."

Last night, Bullock attended Spike TV's Guys Choice Awards where she was presented with the Decade of Hotness award. Past co-stars Hugh Grant and Keanu Reeves gave speeches before presenting Bullock with the award.

E! Online reports that Bullock accepted the award on stage and delivered a joke-filled thank you speech. The 49-year-old actress said, "I feel like I'm at my funeral. Decade of Hotness…My question was what decade? I have several under my belt. It should really be Decade of Hot Mess. That I can own and I do that well and I'm still convinced I'm up here because someone dropped out and they needed someone quickly and we know I'm home on Saturdays."

The 2014 Guys' Choice Awards will air on Spike TV on Wednesday, June 11.
