Minneapolis' Morris Day and the Time (Jungle Love) will headline a hip hop festival featuring Young MC (Bust a Move), Naughty By Nature (O.P.P.), Sir-Mix-Alot (Baby Got Back) and Salt N Pepa (Push It).
