COLD SPRING -- The ROCORI School District is a half century old this year. To celebrate, the district is holding an open house during Cold Spring's Hometown Pride Days on July 28th.

Superintendent Scott Staska says, the guest list is wide-open.

"We want to invite anyone that's had anything to do with ROCORI over the past 50 years, who'd like to see how things have changed over the years."

He adds, they'll be trying to bring back some prominent alumni.

"We are gonna honor some people by asking them to come in and serve as hosts and hostesses, and guide people around... and our guess is that will encourage stories and interaction and lots of memories and exchanges."

The district's open house will be held at every Cold Spring school location from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

A reception with cake, punch and coffee will be at the ROCORI High School Commons starting at 2:00 p.m.

The event is free, for more information contact the ROCORI District Office at 320-685-4185.
