Two girls, ages 16 and 13, were body-boarding when they got caught in a riptide and dragged out to sea.  The 13-year-old was rescued by a surfer, but the older girl swallowed water and was slowly going under. If you have ever been a victim of this, you know how scary it can be going up and down in the water not able to do anything. Freaking out and wondering if you will be saved. Been there, done that as a young child not listening to my mom to not go out too far in the water. Thankfully my mom rescued me . . . on more than one occasion. This lucky lady though had the help of a Prince.

Prince William's team had just landed its helicopter after completing routine exercises, so they were able to jump right back in and get there in just 38 seconds. One of William's crewmembers says,

"We really did arrive in the nick of time."

Prince William was the captain of the RAF helicopter and saved the day! Talk about being at the right place at the right time! I'm sure this girl is very thankful for the RAF and has her own "Knight and Shining Armor" to talk about.

Was Price William a hero? Some may think so, but that's why he does what he does, to help others! How charming is that!
