If you swiped your card at a Minnesota Chili's restaurant location in March or April, you could be at risk for having your ID stolen. The chain's parent company Brinker International announced Saturday that a data incident at some Chili’s may have the potential for bank information to be stolen. The company learned of the breach on Friday and is working with third-party forensic experts to find out just what happened and how many of their customers could be at risk. So far they have determined that malware was used to gather information of payment card numbers and names of the card holders.

The list of restaurant locations that were affected has not yet been released but if you ate at any location in the past two months, keep a close eye on your bank account just to be safe! Minnesota has nine different Chili's locations all within the Twin Cities metro area.
