Pop Albums to be Excited For in 2015 [VIDEO]

The brand new year, means brand new music!

Meghan Trainor  and her debut album  "TITLE" is set for a January 9th release! 

Trainor said you can expect "Honesty. Very honest stories"... "I think it’s gonna be really cool and different. I want to be different.”

Trainor's debut will include songs about things that we can all relate to, like “Walk of Shame” and “3am,” which is about drunk texting. “It’s a place that artists nowadays, they don’t go there,” Meghan says.

Ellie Goulding, she has confirmed she's working on a brand new album for 2015 and that she's been working with other artists such as Iggy Azalea, Calving Harris and Drake. Although, little detail has come to life about the new album. 

It's been nearly eight years since Gwen Stefani released her last solo effort and nearly three years since No Doubt put out any new music. 2015 sounds like the year for BOTH!

Stefani wanted her new album before Christmas 2014, but between coaching on The Voice, working on her solo album and a new No Doubt album, she had a tall order to fill. In 2015, I don't think we'll have any shortage of new music from Gwen. 

She has already dropped new singles "Baby Don't Lie" and "Spark The Fire". See "Spark The Fire" below.

And, finally, after two years... Rhianna is set to release a new album in 2015. Although, she is being very secretive about the album. She hasn't even shared the title, but keeps using the hash-tag #R8 whenever posting on social media.

During an interview, Rhianna said, “I can’t give you any hints of when it will drop. It’s going to be great, that’s all I’m going to tell you and I’m excited about it. I try to battle myself and outdo everything I’ve done and that’s been the hardest thing to do.”

So, 2015 is going to be a year of some big albums... I think.
