Meet Wendy.

Wendy is a spayed 2 year old cat who came to the shelter along with her 4 kittens after being abandoned by their owner.

While in foster care, Wendy and her kittens interacted with both dogs and other cats and didn’t seem to mind their presence.

Wendy is not a big fan of being picked up or carried; sitting beside you on the couch is more to her liking.

She has a pretty mellow and laid back personality and adores being brushed.

Wendy qualifies for the Name Your Own Price sale and her adoption fee would be waived for seniors or veterans.

Meet Magic.

Magic is a neutered 11 year old German Shorthaired Pointer mix.

He came to the shelter because his owner was traveling overseas for work and couldn’t take him along.

Magic has been around children as well as other dogs and has done well with them.

He was trained to be a hunting dog and did a fair amount of hunting with his previous owner - loving every minute of it. Magic likes to swim and play in the water, too.

He’s house trained and is used to being kenneled when left home alone.

Despite being almost 70 pounds, Magic thinks he’s a lap dog and will try to crawl into your lap if given the opportunity.
