Meet Odie and Meeko at the Tri-County Humane Society!

Meet Odie! This good-natured Labrador Retriever/Border Collie Mix is only one year old and is neutered. Odie was surrendered to the Tri-County Humane Society because his previous owner had too many animals. In his previous home, he did well with all ages of children as well as other dogs, but found chasing chickens an all too tempting and entertaining past-time. Odie is a very friendly, playful and personable dog who LOVES squeaky toys! Odie is also crate-trained and knows how to sit and lay down. He is smart and catches on to new things quickly with plenty of training potential. Because some of his favorite activities are running, playing fetch, and going to the lake, Odie would benefit from an owner with an active lifestyle.

Looking for a lap-warmer as the temperature drops? Meeko would love to fill that spot! This six year old, spayed, female Domestic Longhair LOVES human interaction and is known to "talk" from time to time, prefering to be the center of attention. Don't let her age scare you, as she is still very playful and loves toy mice and jingle balls. She also enjoys perching on window ledges to watch critters outside. Meeko was surrendered because her previous owner had a new baby, although she did well interacting with children and another cat in her previous home. This feline has a super friendly personality- come meet her today! Meeko qualifies for the "Name Your Own Price" promotion.
