Pet Patrol: Meet Lexi + Violet

Meet Lexi and Violet. Two pretty ladies waiting for you at the Tri-County Humane Society.

Lexi is a gorgeous 5 year old spayed and declawed dilute calico. She was surrendered due to previous owner moving to a place where cats aren’t allowed. Lexi’s ideal home would be a quiet one where she could always be inside. She may be a little bashful upon meeting you, but with some soft kind words she warms up in no time. Once Lexi gets comfortable in her new home, she is sure to sit by you while watching TV. She won’t hog the remote and is satisfied with anything from westerns to football. Lexi enjoys being brushed and will let you know she appreciates it with a soft purr. She qualifies for our “Name Your Price” cat sale and also for the “FREE to Senior Citizens and Military Personnel” promotion.

Violet is a polite and petite American Staffordshire Mix. She is three and a half years old, spayed, and appears to be house-trained. Violet was transferred to our shelter from a stray holding facility up north. Little is known about Violet’s background, but her caregiver up north was really taken by her and wanted to be sure she went to a really good home. She would blossom in a warm indoor home with ample access to the outdoors for fun and games. Stop by and see if Violet would fit in your garden of life. Even though she looks serious in this picture (she wasn’t sure about the camera), she has a tail thump that shouts ‘happy’!
