Paynesville Woman Hurt in St. Cloud Rollover Crash

ST. CLOUD -- A Paynesville woman was hurt in a rollover crash earlier this (Thursday) afternoon.

St. Cloud Police Sergeant Jason Burke says the incident happened shortly after 12:00 p.m. in the intersection of 12th Street North and 29th Avenue North in St. Cloud.

Forty-five-year-old Gary Erickson of Paynesville was driving eastbound on 12th Street North near 29th Avenue North when he ran a red light and struck 72-year-old Scott Hamilton of St. Cloud.

Burke says Erickson's vehicle rolled onto its roof after the crash.

Erickson's passenger, 41-year-old Connie Erickson of Paynesville was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Erickson was cited for running the red light.
