‘Pacific Rim’ Movie Review [VIDEO]

It's a war and the humans say "bring it" as an attack of the monstrous sea creatures ensues in this action, adventure, fantasy film titled, 'Pacific Rim.' The world's in danger of an apocalypse if the sea creatures get their way, all we need is a  former pilot and a trainee to pair up to drive an obsolete special weapon in a desperate effort to save the world.

This is a good film, Guillermo del Toro does a great job as the director of this fantasy ridn' movie. loaded with action yet a lot of violence in the way of war between mankind and the monstrous sea creatures that emerge. It's amazing how these films give us hope that we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way. The film will give you a light feel yet at the same time it's very dark.

I give the movie a 4 out of 5, it was very well put together for a fantasy/action type film. The film stars Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba and Rinko Kikuchi and is rated PG-13, runs 132 minutes. It's showing at the Parkwood Cinemas (click on the link for showtimes).
