When news first mentioned that Oprah was going to be interview the Kardashian family, I though Oprah had lost her mind. Why would she give them more media attention? Well, Oprah herself said she wanted to know why the world is so obsessed with the family. I want to know why too!

Oprah posted a letter on her Facebook and admits that she has never watched an episode of any of the Kardashian shows, never met them, and just wanted to know why America was intrigued by them.

"Ok my friends I had the longest interviewing session I can ever recall, talking to ALLLLLLLL the Kardashians. I had never met them, nor seen the show. I did a full on Kardashian Kram in preparation, watching major shows from every season. I genuinely wanted to know why they have become a cultural phenomenon? Why do so many people love to watch their every move and why do so many others love to hate them. Are they completely ego centered? Are they really 'famous for being famous' or is there something more?'

Those are some answers many of us want to know! I will freely admit to watching a few episodes of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" when I get home from work when I'm needing to fall asleep, I do own two pairs of Shoedazzle heels, and I do love Kim's hair. We won't know any of the answers to Oprah's questions until it airs Sunday on  "Oprah's Next Chapter" with the Kardashians at 8 p.m.

If you could ask one of the Kardashian's a question, who would you ask and what would the question be?
