The reason we use the cliche "It's like riding a bicycle" is because, in theory, we never forget how to ride one. Turns out that's not really true. According to a new survey, one out of eight adults say they can't ride a bicycle. That includes people who never learned, and people who haven't ridden one for so long, they forgot how. The survey found it's also been approx nine years since the average person went biking.

Kelly confided in me that she's embarrassed to ride her bike in public. I told her its not how you look doing it, but the benefit you get out of it (exercise). I'm going to introduce her to the amazing trails here in central Minnesota this summer. I need to invest in a GoPro so I can document our adventures for the show.
