No One Believes How Well I Golfed!

For the past few years I have typically started my golf season on Easter weekend. I usually go walk nine holes alone, always expecting it to be horrible. Over the winter I just seem to forget how to swing a club, judge distance and line up putts. But this year was different.

After Easter dinner on Sunday I decided to head out on my maiden golf outing and ended up having the round of my life! I bogeyed my first hole (that’s one over par) which was expected, but after that I pared every hole and even birdied two of them! Plus one of those birdies came from a 20 yard chip in!

It was absolutely incredible, but the worst part was no one was there to witness it, and none of my golfing friends believe I did that good!
