Korean Superstar Psy Will Perform Shirtless If “Gangnam Style” Hits #1 on the Billboard Charts

The song is everywhere, you can't get away from it. It's an addiction that is taking over the U.S.! Gangnam Style is currently #11 on the Billboard Charts, and Psy is promising he will perform the song with out a shirt if the song reaches #1.

The song has great potention to reach that #1 spot. Gangnam Style is already blowing YouTube records. It's already the most liked song! To give you an idea what it would look like to watch him to the song shirtless, here is the video (if you haven't seen it yet) where is fully clothed...is this really what we want??

Psy by the way will release an album in the U.S. in November. He has a record deal with the label Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun runs.
