New Verizon ‘Smart Store’ Opens in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- After months of construction, the new St. Cloud Verizon store has opened it's doors.

Verizon spokeswoman Megan Dorsch says the store, at 3520 West Division Street, officially opened Wednesday.

The store is what the company refers to as a "Smart Store," which is designed to educate, engage and help the overall customer experience.

Dorsch says the store will provide customers a visual playground of devices for fitness, home automation, music and more individuals can test before making a choice.

With the opening of the new location, Verizon has closed their previous store next to Mongos.

Verizon occupies the former China Restaurant location, which was sold back in July.
