This is my Christmas. New Minnesota State Fair foods and vendors have been announced! Here are some of the highlights from this years lineup!

Bacon Fluffernutter - Not just a fancy name. Grilled cinnamon bun sandwich with bacon, marshmallow cream and peanut butter filling!

Bacon Up Pup - Belgian waffle on a stick that has bacon in the batter! Out of the fryer it is covered in chocolate, syrup, whipped cream and bacon.

Bowl O' Dough - Following the big craze of 2017, this is just pure raw (safe to eat) cookie dough! Comes in four different flavors: brownie batter swirl, chocolate chip, European cookie butter, and lemon ricotta cheesecake.

Breakfast Buddy Bowl - The perfect way to start your day! A waffle bowl filled with hash browns, maple syrup, bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits and country sausage gravy. Definitely a dish to share.

Cheesy Nacho Corn on the Cob - The classic roasted corn on the cob brushed with nacho cheese and Doritos Crumbs.

Deep Fried Avocados - For the health conscious friend. Battered and fried avocado slices served with chipotle ranch sauce.

Duck Bacon Wantons - Duck bacon (I didn't even know that was part of a duck), corn and cream cheese filled deep-fried wantons.

Maple Cream Nitro Cold Press Coffee - Heavy cream and maple syrup mixed with cold brew coffee and nitrogen. This is something to grab when you are tired from all the walking!

Memphis Totchos - Totchos (noun) - tater tot nachos. These ones are covered in sliced bananas and sauteed bacon, then finished off with peanut sauce.

Mini Sconuts - Like mini donuts but scones! Buttermilk scones filled with Nutella, chocolate and marshmallow cream.

Mobsters Caviar - Cream cheese and crab meat dip with green onions, fresh red pepper and water chestnuts served with crackers for dipping. What is a Minnesota gathering without a dip to share?

Pizzarito - Burrito meets pizza. A flour tortilla filled with pizza toppings, coated in garlic butter and served with marinara for dipping.

Sweet Corn Blueberry Eclair - We just can't leave anything alone when it comes to adding corn. This eclair is filled with sweet corn pastry cream and finished with a blueberry glaze.

Swine and Spuds - Bacon wrapped pork belly served on a stick with mashed potato croquet and topped with gravy. Yum!

Triple Tuffle Trotters - Waffle fries (the best kind of fry), topped with peppers, bacon, truffle oil and mayo.

Millers Flavored Cheese Curds - Ranch, garlic, or jalapeno flavors add a new kick to a classic!
