New Business Development Coming to Sartell

SARTELL - A new business development is coming to Sartell near the Medical Arts Campus.

The development is called the Vantage Point Campus and will be located along Minnesota Highway 15 between Stearns County Roads 1 and 120.

Boser Construction Inc. will act as the general contractor for the project, which will cover 8.44 acres of land.

Boser marketing coordinator Christine Miller says they hope to start construction this summer and have businesses operating in the fall of 2016.

New hotels, offices, restaurants and retail stores could all be a part of the development. The campus will be flexible for any type of business to move in.

"The opportunities for this location are endless," Miller says.

The project will cost $30 million. Miller says the location will be easily accessible from Highway 15 and should benefit both Sartell and St. Cloud.
