MS Walk At Apollo High Lets You Put Your Best Foot Forward

The annual WALK MS is this Sunday at Apollo High School. You can pre-register, but if you'd like to just show up and walk you can. Registration is at 8am, start time is 9, and you have the choice of a 2, 6, or an 8 mile course.

Erkens Water will keep us all hydrated, Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza with serve up a delicious lunch after the walk, and along the route you'll us providing tunes.

There are many others to thank, because every year we do this, it is a huge success! A special thank you this year to Mongo’s Grill, Sam’s Club, ING Direct, Opportunity Manor, and McCann’s Food and Brew.

SANDI KRUEGER has gone WAY above and beyond the call of duty, setting a standard that will be tough to meet – let alone beat – in the years to come!
