Morning MIX Shownotes – 11/18

Breaking Dawn Pt 1 premiered at Midnight at Parkwood 17 and as part of our exclusive coverage, Movie Maven Ileana and Intern Ashli begged us to send them out- and they talked with the Twi-Hards. We also ran into a couple of Twi-Moms (Mothers who are into the movies/books because their kids are) both at the pre-party and in line... and our MIX Singers were so intrigued by them, a song was in order- Listen to both the interviews and the song below-

Regis Philbin does his last show for ABC today. Pete has been a fan for years and  if you were listening this morning, you would have heard his awful imitation of Reeg. Philbin was interviewed by Katie Couric and he made a stop on Letterman last night-

We also brought in Ty James for a preview of the two local football squads battling for the the State Championships down at the dome. The Annandale Cardinals take on the Fairmont Cardinals at 3:15 today. Ty says they have a really good chance at winning and moving on. Listen to The Ty James Traffic Jam for updates on that game's score. BTW in grand fashion, the Annandale Schools will let out at Noon today so everyone can get to the game in time! NICE!

The ROCORI Spartans are facing a tough team; Hill-Murray, coached by former NFL and Viking alum Brooks Bollinger. Ty says the Spartans are 'loose as a goose' and that Coach Rick Theisen is more confident than he's ever seen him.
