Morning Mix Show Notes 7/18

Harry Potter is the best of all time, is this the worst cop of all time and where is the oddest place to get a DUI? 

A couple heading to the hospital for an emergency c-section were stopped for speeding. The man explained what was going on, the officer gave the couple a lecture about safe driving, kept them on the side of the road for 15 minutes, gave the man a $1000 ticket and sent them on their way. That officer then radioed ahead to another officer to tell them about the speeding car. That officer then stopped the couple and made them wait for another 15 minutes while he called an ambulance for the couple. Thankfully, the baby was OK, but the husband lost his driver's license for five months. What do you think? Jerk cop or were the police just doing their job?

A Kentucky man smashed into several cars on Friday night and was charged with drunk driving. Now, normally that wouldn't be strange, except this guy was in the process of winning the Jessamine County Fair Demolition Derby at the time.  He told the police he only "had eight beers! That's it!" He refused a sobriety test and a breath test and was arrested and charged with DUI.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 ended up having the best opening weekend of all time ever. The film shattered all kinds of box office records with a take of $169 million dollars. It also made the most money in one single day. It raked in $92 million on Friday alone. This answers the question "Have you ever seen anyone actually laughing all the way to the bank?"
