Today is Administrative Professionals Day and we salute everyone who fills that important role. We understand that phones ring off the hook just as you spill your coffee, five people walk in the door and the copier jams. A new survey done by Office Team says that support staff may not always get the recognition they deserve. In a poll of more than a thousand managers, 82 percent said that they were going to do something special for the administrative professional in their office. More than a third said they were organizing a special lunch, over a quarter said they were going to give a gift like flowers or a gift card. Other answers included a hand written thank you note and some sort of public recognition. If you are, have or know an administrative professional, give them a BIG thank you!! You guys ROCK!
