Dead or Canadian, Instant Karma in a good way and the top things we forget to do every day.

Your Dead or Canadian subjects for today: Actor Dave Foley, boxer Joe Frazier, singer/actor Robert Goulet. (Scroll down for the correct answer.)

You always hear of Instant Karma (bank robber shoots up a bank, runs off with the loot and gets hit by a bus, for example), but this is Instant Karma in a GOOD way. Saturday night, Sara and her cousin Lisa were driving near Eau Claire, Wisconsin and they blew a tire. A man named Victor pulled over and helped them fix their tire. They got back on the road and about a quarter mile away, the girls saw Victor's truck on the side of the road and Victor's wife was waving frantically. Turns out Victor was having a heart attack and they didn't have a phone. Lisa, a nursing assistant who knows CPR started doing chest compressions and was able to keep Victor's heart beating long enough for the paramedics to come with a defibrillator and get Victor's heart back to normal rhythms.  Victor is recovering in a Wisconsin hospital and expected to be fine.

One of the side effects of our modern life is that we have a hundred things going on at once and often times we forget a lot of stuff. According to a new survey by office product company Avery, on average, we forget five things every day. Number one? We forget to return phone calls. We also forget to reply to emails, people's names, sending birthday cards and to charge our phones. There were five other things on the list, but I forgot what they were.
