Minnesota Cabela’s Sold For $22-Million
Cabela's is famous for providing top-notch gear for hunting, fishing, camping, recreational shooting, and other outdoor activities. I remember paging through their massive catalog back in the day and following high school, I had the opportunity to work for the company in their call center, where I took orders from happy hunters.
This sports and outdoor retail chain has 171 stores, with four of them located in Minnesota. One of the Minnesota stores was recently sold for a whopping $22 million.

3900 Cabela Drive in Owatonna, MN
The Owatonna store, which was built in 1997, sits on a 25-acre lot and is quite massive, measuring 280,500 square feet. It was just sold for $22 million.

Finance-Commerce reported the sale: "The Cabela’s store in Owatonna has new owners as the property has traded hands from a Florida firm to a Los Angeles-based firm in a deal made public Thursday."
It doesn't look like much will change. The deal transfers the property to a new owner so Cabela's has a new landlord. Cabela's leases the land and building and will continue to operate as normal at this time.
