The Better Business Bureau of Minnesota recently revoked MyPillow's rating from an "A" to an "F."

According to the Associated Press, the change is due to a pattern of complaints by the company's customer base. The BBB also criticizes MyPillow's "buy one get one free" discount offer. They say it violates their code of advertising because unless there's a time constraint on the discount, it's not a coupon it just becomes the price of the product.

The complaints don't stop there. Customers also complained to the BBB about the company's warranty not being what it's supposed to be, the size of the product is smaller than the box claims, and the the product isn't the same as the "As Seen On TV" product like it claims.

According to NBC News, the company was ordered to pay $1 million dollars last November because of "deceptive advertising practices."
