Mila Kunis is out promoting her new movie, "Oz: The Great and Powerful," and she spoke with Playboy magazine about her future plans. No, it has nothing to do with posing nude.

Mila says that when she becomes a mom, she does not want to be an absentee mother to her children she hopes to have in the future. She made no mention on how soon this would be happening, no mention of if her rumored boyfriend Ashton Kutcher factors into her plans, but she did disuss what that means for her career.

"The truth is I don't think I can do this for the rest of my life. I also want a life. I want a family, like, one day, not tomorrow. I want to be a present mom. When I was growing up both my mom and dad worked full-time, in one location. I'm never in the same place for more than two months. How am I ever going to have a family like that? You have to make compromises."

I can see how that would want to make one change their career once they start a family. Growing up with a single parent who had to work all the time to afford the bills was tough. I wish my mom would have been home more often, but I know and understand that that was just simply not possible. My mother did a fantastic job raising my brother and I. We got by just great with what we had. But, is Mila implying that parents who work full-time are absentee and they should be spending more time with their kids? I know lots of parents who both work full-time jobs and spend ample time with their kids.

Does your job prevent you from spending enough time with your kids?
