Say it ain't so! Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas have called it quits after 18 years of marriage, TMZ reports, calling the split "amicable."

Griffith has allegedly filed for divorce from the 'Puss in Boots' actor, citing the standard "irreconcilable differences" as the cause for the split. She is reportedly asking for child support and sole physical and joint legal custody of their 17-year-old daughter, Stella. (Griffith also has two other children from her previous marriages: 28-year-old Alexander Bauer from her marriage to Steven Bauer, and 24-year-old 'Fifty Shades of Grey' star Dakota Johnson, from the first of her previous marriages to Don Johnson.)

The 'Working Girl' star and Banderas have been together since meeting on the set of 1995's 'Two Much,' during a time when Banderas was still married to his first wife, Ana Leza, and Griffith was reconciling with Don Johnson, though they had already been divorced twice by then. After Banderas' divorce was finalized, the couple tied the knot a year later in 1996.

Despite rumors of drug use and infidelity that threatened their marriage, the couple were often seen as one of the rare Hollywood marriages that lasted. Griffith even has her husband's name tattooed in a heart on her arm.

We wish them the best of luck during this difficult time.
