BECKER -  Police arrested a man running from the scene of alleged burglary in Becker.

Becker Police Chief Brent Baloun says they were called to the 12000 block of Hancock Street in Becker just after 3:00 a.m. Sunday. They were told there was someone inside the business with the doors open and the lights were on.

51-year-old Rafiq Mortland from Minneapolis, was seen running from the scene. Mortland was eventually arrested by officers and taken to Sherburne County Jail pending charges of burglary and DUI.
