Man Accused of Killing A.P.’s Son Arrested After Attacking Boy’s Mother

Last October, Joesph Robert Patterson was charged with murder and child abuse after being accused of beating Peterson's son Tyrese to death in October 2013.

Now, the Sioux Falls man is facing more charges. Patterson was released on a bond of seven-hundred-fifty-thousand-dollars and was ordered to have ZERO contact with the boys mother and everybody else in the family.

As you can guess, this not-so-stand-up guy ignored those orders and was arrested early yesterday (June 24, 2014) morning after Sioux Falls Police responded to a 9-1-1 call.

Patterson was arrested and is now facing charges of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated assault, interference with emergency communications and third-degree burglary.
