Make History and Participate in the Last Mama Marla’s Hike It or Bike It

2017 will be the last year Mama Marla's Hike It or Bike It will take place! This event started back in 2001 as a way of helping train people for Grandmas Marathon in Duluth and it then turned into a fundraiser for helping less fortunate children. The money raised from the event helps buy Christmas gifts for children in Todd County.

In 2016 a record amount of participants showed up (130+) and they are hoping to break the record again this year for the very last Hike It or Bike It!

May 20th 9 AM – 12 PM

Celebrating 16 years! Mama Marla’s Hike It or Bike It is back for its final year. 

• 5k (3.1 miles) Fun Walk/Run
• 5k or 10k (6.2 miles) Timed Run
• 15.5 mile Fun Bike Ride
• Duathlon (New Timed Event in 2012 – 2 mile Run, 15.5 mile Bike Ride, 1 mile Run)

Registration Prices:

$22 with a t-shirt (Adult sizes: S – M – L – XL – XXL, Youth sizes: S (6-8) – M (10-12) – L (14-16) (register by April 26th to receive a t-shirt)
$15 without a t-shirt: Ages 13+ (if you register by April 26th)
$18 All registrations received after April 26th (Ages 13+)
$5 – Children 6-12 (No t-shirt)
Children 5 and under are free.

The races start and end at the Clotho United Methodist Church on County 38 in Clotho, and the best part of the day, Mama Marla’s Spaghetti at the end of the race for all participants!
