As of today we are exactly three months out from the Insane Inflatable 5K! June 11th is approaching fast!
I am really excited, but I am also nervous. I have never ran a 5K before, much less done one that involved giant inflated objects!
This is where I need help from the Mix Insiders!
What are the best training tips you can give to prepare me to do my first 5K? And if you did the Insane Inflatable 5K last year, what should I do to prep for this year?
