Leah Remini Booted from CBS’s The Talk

Leah Remini has been booted from CBS's "The Talk".

Over the weekend, she Tweeted,

There had been reports that the producers were dumping Leah and Holly Robinson Peete,but haven't heard why. It should be sorted out soon.  The second season premieres next Tuesday.

Meanwhile, comedienne Sheryl Underwood will join the show, alongside returning panelists Sara Gilbert and Julie Chen. Sharon Osbourne will also be back. Last month, she said she's taking a break to spend time with her husband Ozzy Osbourne, who's coming off of an 18-month tour next month.  It's unclear how long she'll be away.

So who will take over for Leah? Rumored Kris Jenner might be in the mix for a permanent spot, nothing is official though. She will guest host for the first two weeks.

Leah is the second co-host to leave "The Talk".  Mariss Jaret Winokur left halfway through the first season.  At the time, producers said it was, quote, "a mutual decision based on time, not talent."

I would love to be on a show like this. We all have opinions, I love to talk, and wouldn't mind the bump in pay!
