Kimball High School students were given an awesome choice from their math teacher, Katie Pettit. They could turn in their smart phones for a week, or take the math final.  Most students opted to turn in their phones (no brainer), and actually didn't mind 'unplugging' for the week.

Instead of taking the final, students were required to complete more assigned work. On a side note, if the students hand in all of their assignments, Mrs. Pettit agreed to turn over her phone.  We'll keep you posted.
