Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Are Still Fighting Over the Engagement Ring

One of the MANY things Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries can't seem to agree on is who gets to keep the TWO MILLION DOLLAR engagment ring.

If you need to know who wants to do what with the ring; Kris wants it back, Kim wants to keep it.

"It's becoming a real sticking point between his and Kim's attorneys. She has made it plain that she has no intention of returning it though and feels she is within her legal right to refuse as she went through with the wedding. However, Kris contends that the marriage was a total sham and that Kim only wed him for publicity so therefore she has no right to keep such an expensive gift. Kris doesn't understand why Kim would even want to keep the ring anyway. It obviously has no sentimental value as she has publicly declared their wedding as 'a huge mistake' and she certainly doesn't need the money."

I personally find the ring to be ugly. It is just simply way to big and not my taste. With that said, if they can't agree on who should get it, pawn it off and give the money to charity!! My guess as to why Kim would want to keep it is for the simple fact that if she did return it, it's like shes admitting the marriage was fake. Which is what Kris' lawyers are claiming.
