Kelly Clarkson Covers Eminem [VIDEO]

Pop superstar Kelly Clarkson covered a hip hop classic from Eminem the other night on tour. Kelly's co-headlining tour with The Fray had a stop at Detroit's DTE Energy Music Theater. She decided it was the right time and of course the right place (Eminem's hometown) to debut MC K-Clarkson.

I've met Kelly several times over the years and even played some shows with her over in Germany right after she won the first season of American Idol. Nobody is more down to earth and deserving of the success she has. From watching the video, you can see this is more a tribute than a joke. She genuinely loves Slim Shady's music and wanted to channel her inner MC.

Kelly's tour with The Fray continues tonight in Cincinnati, OH and wraps in Nashville on September 15th.
