Justin Bieber Arrested Early This Morning For DUI [BREAKING]

Pop superstar Justin Bieber was arrested for DUI according to TMZ.  Law enforcement officials said Bieber was busted in Miami Beach for both DUI and drag racing early this morning (Thursday).
