Jerry Nelson, Count on Sesame Street, Dies [VIDEO]

Jerry Nelson, who voiced the Sesame Street character, Count von Count for more than forty years has passed away at the age of 78. He also lent his voice and talents to other characters on the show including, Herry Monster, Sherlock Hemlock and the Amazing Mumford. Jerry joined Sesame Street back in 1969 during the shows initial debut.

Is it me, or does the video above bring you back to your childhood? Sesame Street and its many characters were such a big part of my life and wish my own children loved them just as much.
