I love it when celebrities are truthful. Sometimes we don't like what they have to say. Like Jennifer Lawrence admitting that she doesn't diet. Yea, she eats whatever she wants and looks amazing!!

Don't be angered too much because she does do something that most of us dread.

"I don't diet. I do exercise! But I don't diet. You can't work when you're hungry, you know?"

True. You need to eat enough throughout the day to keep your body functioning. Your body naturally burns calories and if you eat less than that is when you start to feel sluggish, shaky, and cranky because your body needs nutrition!

"I hate saying: 'I like exercising' . . . I want to punch people who say that. But it's nice being in shape for a movie, because they basically do it all for you.  It's like, 'Here's your trainer.  This is what you can eat.'"

That's really what it comes down to. What you are eating and what you are putting out. Yes you can eat whatever you want and workout, but can you really burn off enough calories to break even or create a deficit when you are eating junk? I love the saying eat to live, not live to eat. And I am a firm believer now that exercising can be fun. With the right people with you and the right workout routine it can actually be fun. I know, who would have thought I would like working out?!
