It’s Time To Turn In Central MN Health Surveys

 WHAT'S HAPPENING

In October, almost 9,000 randomly selected households in Benton, Sherburne and Stearns County received the Central Minnesota Community Health Survey in their mailbox. This survey asks important questions about health and wellness in the community.

The answers provide vital information to public health departments, area hospitals and others who will use the data to identify and prioritize community health needs and areas of concern.

It will help health organizations develop strategies and action plans to address those needs and develop healthier communities target resources more effectively and to monitor trends over time, whether good or bad. If you haven't submitted the survey yet, there is still time!
