Britney Spears Is Engaged

Britney Spears celebrated her 30th Birthday, finished her Femme Fatale Tour, and celebrated her boyfriends 40th Birthday all in the span of two weeks. What more could the pop diva want?

Now I'll admit there have been plenty of Britney's Engaged rumors this year, but this new Britney's Engaged story may just be correct.

Brit and beau Jason Trawick celebrated his 40th Birthday last night in Vegas and it seems that Brit was the one to get the best gift of all. She took to her Facebook page today to share this status update:

This is something she's wanted for awhile, and it seems like the perfect storm of events to finish the year with a huge positive! The two will be back in Vegas tonight and will be showing off the new ring, rumored to be from Neil Lane.

"They're both extremely happy and can't wait to become man and wife."

E! News has confirmed the engagement even though the couple have denied rumors earlier in the week that they were engaged.

Congrats to Britney! Hopefully third time's the charm! Britney got married for the first time in Vegas  back in 2004 to childhood friend, Jason Alexander. The marriage was annulled 55 hours later. Eight month later she married Kevin Federline, a backup dancer. They were married for almost three years and has two boys with him.
