I Wore Flipflops Today Because I’m A True Minnesotan (Or Just Dumb)…

I have to admit that I really didn't pay too much attention to the weather forecast when I was deciding what footwear to wear today.

I put flipflops on because they looked good with my skinny jeans and I'm totally in spring mode. I didn't realize that we're expecting snow this afternoon in central Minnesota.

Rochester is supposed to get hit with up to 12 inches of snow today and tonight. Tomorrow is going to look like Christmas in March for much of southern Minnesota.

I think if I were from any other state, I would have marched straight home to change my footwear. But, I'm from Minnesota so I'm committed to keeping on the flipflops until I get home today. My fingers are crossed that the snow holds off for another two hours!

Who else is ready for summer already?
