I Went To My First Vikings Game And They Won

It was extremely hot during my first EVER Minnesota Vikings game on Saturday. It was just a preseason game but the TCF Bank Stadium on the University of Minnesota campus was packed.

Before the game, I learned the hard way that you're not allowed to bring big purses into the stadium...unfortunately I had to walk all of the way back to my car in the 90 degree heat to put it back.

They played against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Fireworks were lite off before the game, the huge Vikings' horn was sounded and people were decked out in a sea of purple and gold. It was a neat atmosphere.

The Vikings won the game with a score of 26-16. Not bad for my first game.
