I Toured The New U.S. Bank Stadium This Weekend [PICS]

My fiance's dad, Marty invited us to go on an exclusive first look tour of the new Vikings stadium this weekend. There was a special family viewing party for people like Marty who worked on the stadium.

I got to tour the locker room, go on the field, and check out some of the private lounge areas. The craftsmanship of the new stadium is absolutely breathtaking.  Everyone who has seen pictures of the outside of the stadium knows that it looks larger than life. The workers all did a fantastic job and should be proud of their work!

The design inside of the stadium is a little lackluster though. I was definitely expecting the locker room to be fancier than it was--it was pretty simple. Don't get me wrong, it's a giant stadium enclosed in glass. But, Target Field has more detail and more of a "wow" factor in my opinion. I also think that Target Field has way better food. Families were served hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken strips which made all six of us in our group feel sick.

For how much the stadium cost, and how much tickets to attend a game are going to be, I think I'm going to pass for awhile. But, that's just my opinion. Check out the pictures and tell me what you think!
