I Have no Idea What I’m Doing – Should I Hire a Professional?

This weekend, the plan is to swap out some old light fixtures with new ones. That doesn't seem very difficult. I just have to remember to shut the electricity off, and then switch them out... at least that's all I hope it involves.

Three lights and a ceiling fan, that's what we're putting in, and I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little terrified of getting ZAPPED!

I've never had to deal with electricity, so I guess we'll see how this goes.

Maybe I should hire a professional?... Not a chance.
