There's a method that supposedly makes you fall asleep in under a minute. It's called the "4-7-8" exercise. You breathe in slowly through your nose for four seconds . . . hold your breath for seven . . . breath out through you mouth for eight . . . then repeat it three more times. I'm a skeptic, but since I'm someone who can't fall asleep at night, I'll try anything at this point.
