According to a new study you need a household income of at least $50,000 to be happy.  People making that amount or more were more likely to say they're happy, be optimistic about life, have an active sex life and feel younger.  The study also found people making $50,000 or more were four times less likely to have trouble paying medical bills, mortgage or rent (duh).

Here is a staggering statistic; About 93 million people in the U.S. make less than $50,000 per year while 60 million make incomes above that.  That's a huge difference and it shows just how much more work we need to do!  I hope soon we can even out the playing field and get more people either back to work or better salaries (both would be nice).
