ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County's 2017 construction plan won't be impacting St. Cloud motorists, but it may impact some commuters who live outside the metro area.

The largest project on tap for this year is the full reconstruction of County Highway 2 from Highway 4 west of St. Cloud up to St. Stephen. Depending on the weather, that project could require the final layer of pavement to be put down next spring.

There are a few other county highway resurfacing projects scheduled for this summer. They include County Highway 3 between Holdingford and Opole, Highway 9 north of St. Anna and Highway 17 from the eastern limits of Holdingford to just east of Opole.

County roads which are getting resurfaced are County Road 130 in Lake Henry, County Road 134 in St. Joseph, County Road 153 in St. Anthony and County Road 155 northeast of Avon.
