STRAWBERRY DOLE WHIP

  • 1 Cup Sliced Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/4 Cup Canned Coconut Milk or Milk of Choice
  • 1 Pinch of Stevia, or Sweetener of Choice
  • 2 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1/16 Teaspoon of Salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can scoop this out and eat immediately, or put in in freezer bags and freeze for 10 minutes, cut off the corner of the bag, and make a swirly design to serve in a cup.
